The recipe for victory - 08/09 DELIGHT COCONUT Serves 4 300g plain chocolate, 200g flour, 200g coconut powder, 200g sugar, 30 g blanched almonds, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 packet of yeast, milk, maraschino, butter, olive oil, salt
preparation time 50 minutes + 20 minutes for cooling
In a bowl the eggs and sugar, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil, a splash maraschino, vanilla, flour, coconut, a pinch of salt, baking powder and milk to give a homogeneous mixture, then mix in half the chopped chocolate chunks.
Grease and flour a mold and pour the composto.Informate at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool, then unmold.
In a small saucepan, melt the remaining chocolate in a double boiler with two tablespoons water and pour over the cake, then sprinkle the surface with the ground almonds.
